Shipping
Our production and processing time is 1 day. Call it impatience. We just can't wait for you to receive your special piece, so we make sure it leaves our hands and starts traveling to you in one day. And don't worry, this doesn't mean we don't care about quality. That's the one thing we'll never compromise.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that the “ships on” date refers to when the product will ship from our studio -- it does not refer to when the product will be delivered. Your delivery time will depend on the method you select at checkout.
Delivery is handled directly by USPS, and once your package is in transit, it is no longer under our control. We, therefore, are not responsible for any transit delays or for any lost or stolen items. Although we will try to help as much as we can on our end for any delivery issues, please note that only the carrier has the right answers to your questions regarding delivery. For the best possible solution, please be sure to contact the carrier directly.
Returns
For US orders, we offer free repairs, exchanges, and returns on defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. For any and all other unworn pieces, returns are accepted but shipping must be paid by the customer.
If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, in its original packaging. If the item is not in its original condition, missing the original packaging, or damaged in any way, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Damaged items are not eligible for exchanges unless they were damaged during transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. International orders do not qualify for exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
International Orders
For international orders, we offer exchanges or returns on defective or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. For any and all other unused and unworn pieces, returns are accepted, but shipping must be paid by the customer.
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Delivery time can vary between one to four weeks depending on the shipping service selected as well as the country and region.
Customers are responsible for payment of all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
