As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that the “ships on” date refers to when the product will ship from our studio -- it does not refer to when the product will be delivered. Your delivery time will depend on the method you select at checkout.

For US orders, we offer free repairs, exchanges, and returns on defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. For any and all other unworn pieces, returns are accepted but shipping must be paid by the customer. Please email us with a receipt or proof of purchase at help@delunaofficial.com to arrange your return.
